We have gone through difficulties. We had thoughts of giving up because we're all so tired. We were stressed, but still, we had hopes and we rose up.
We already are finished with the half of the school year. As time went by, our understanding and knowledge about our topics are getting broader each new day. We discover new things. And as we are in the proccess of gaining, sometimes, we feel like we are overloading our brains with different things about school. There are those extents that we feel like we will just let failures consume us. But then, we made this failures into motivation for us to reach whatever our goals are. We just beed to be more firm and strong to handle things, even at complicated situations, even at dividing our time wisely so that we can still cope up with whatever lessons we can not understand.
There are really those times of tears shed because of too much stress. To avoid it, let's all relax, breath in, and focus intently but not too much so that our brain cells will still function very well even at stakes of trials and circumstances. Let's all learn to value time management, and value education.

Equality for World Peace(UN MONTH)
The thought of peace, love and unity is not new to us as humans, as individuals and as citizens. War to peace, hate to love, division to unity. Peace shines, love wins, unity matters. World peace is imporant.
Every nation has uniqueness and differences. Every country differs in language, in culture, beliefs, colors, but we are all harmonious luke music having a beautiful different beats but tuned as one. As we celebrate the United Nations Month with the theme, "Coming together with those furthest behind to build an inclusive world of universal respect and dignity," may we all learn to value respect, even those who belong to poor country, but consider them as our own brothers and sisters. Let's show equality no matter what the country's state is, still let's all treat each and everyone fair, whether they are working as a domestic helper to your home, treat them as family, if you can't, as a human God made as a sign of respect to their country, not as an animal who caused trouble. Treat everyone well, not being one of the judgmental people, not joining the judgmental society.

- We must look-up into each other. Let's all hope for better world by knowing and being aware of equality between or among every citizens, whether from our country or not. We must respect each other, be united as one to keep the world peace, to stop those wars, violence and judgments of the society.
Real Heroes of the Nation(WORLD TEACHERS' DAY)
When we were still children up to now, we tend to watch fairy tales, action movies and superheroes. In the movies, superheroes are admired by the incredible strength they have, the bravery to fight for peace and the heart to save the world. They have superpowers and they have their enemies, and in the end they will succeed and filled with fulfilment. But then, they are only found in fantasies. In reality, our real superheroes are without supernatural powers, supernatural strength but they are always ready to save the world through teaching.
Teachers are the real superheroes. They teach us with love, care and willingness. They gain knowledge from us as we gain knowledge from them. Through them, we are always educates in discipline. They teach us with all their strength for us to have a better future. They teach us which are right and wrong, right and left, colors, numbers, everything we need from basics to complicated. By the end of the day, they will be tired teaching numerous students. But as years go by, when their former student succeeds, they too are successful. There's no other profession if there are no teachers to guide them.
Teachers teach us not only lessons but also the values in life. They are one of the motivation we have. We need to learn how to love them as our parents. We must thank them for every accomplishments we have done. Everyday, thank our teachers. They are truly heroes of the nation, saving our future for a better world.

Show Your Hidden Talents (Science Month Celebration)
Every year, in the month of September, ISNHS celebrates the Science Month. This year, the theme was "WAVEFRONT: Accentuating Potentials, Activating Technological Advancement."
One of the most awaited month is the Science Month Celebration, especially the highlights and activities of the said celebration. In their activities, they accentuate the potentials of each student; participant or non-participant. They make students go out of the box and share the talent, beauty and wit they have. In this celebration, they also make use and gain more knowledge on how to activate the advancement of technologies, for good use because we all know that the world now is getting broader when it comes to technologies.
In this activity, we must know how to share our thoughts, potentials, and to activate the technological advance in order for us to gain more knowledge and deeper wisdom.

The Positive and Fighting Spirits (PHILIPPINE RESILIENCY)
The Philippines is located near West Basin and at the Pacific Ring of Fire that's why it is called a "disaster-prone" country. It experiences a lot of of disaster like volcanic eruption, earthquake, and typhoons. There are 20-26 typhoons entering the Philippine Area of Responsibility and the Philippines already experienced war.
The Filipinos had faced a lot of challenges in life. These include the war in Marawi. Last May 23, 2017, the Battle of Marawi started. It was a 5-month long armed conflict between the Philippine Government Security Forces, and Maute and Abusayaff groups. The war ended on October 23, 2017. the typhoon Yolanda, also known as "typhoon Haiyan" devastated some portions of the Southeast Asia, and one of the country who suffered from the typhoon is the Philippines. People died, many innocent lives were taken, some went missing, some drowned in the flood, some sacrificed, but despite of these disasters, Filipinos still smile like how the Sun shines, even though we went through a lot of difficulties.
Filipinos are flexible. They still manage to stay happy and be at peace even though pain is killing them. They learn to accept and let go, although they can't forget the sorrow. Resiliency can be seen. how they cope up with the hatreds, pain and sorrows, and they still have hope for a better tomorrow. They still have faith to God, holding unto His promise and as their savior. You can see how their faith and braveness outshine even death is surrounding them.

Embedded journalism refers to news reporters being attached to military units involved in armed conflicts. While the term could be
applied to many historical interactions between journalists and military
personnel, it first came to be used in the media
coverage of the 2003 invasion of Iraq.
